We offer delivery to the Greater Seattle through our own fleet of refrigerated box trucks. All of our drivers are full-time, fully benefited employees who have a great understanding of the products we sell. They are a important component in how we maintain customer satisfaction.

We also have a federal, USDA inspected cutting room in order to produce custom orders on demand. This means we have a federal inspector in office and on-site every day of the week. We are fully HACCP compliant and obey carefully regulated procedures in order to assure food safety.

Our USDA cutting room gives us the flexibility to meet every restaurant, butcher shop, and grocery store’s exact specifications, which helps you to regulate your food cost. It also lets your customers know what to expect when they order that 10 oz, frenched Kurobuta pork chop, or 12 oz Painted Hills Spencer steak.
